Robots that serve and empower people.

Ensata Robotics selects, tailors and supports service robots for hospitality venues and for older adults living independently at home. When a robot cannot yet do what you need, we develop and integrate that function. We handle the whole job, from choosing the right machine to keeping it running.

What we do

The right robot for the job, set up for the people around it.

We work with many manufacturers

We are not tied to one robot maker. We source from several manufacturers and pick the hardware that fits your space, budget and tasks.

We tailor and integrate

Our own control software adds the behaviours, routines and safety rules your venue or home needs, built to recognised security and privacy standards. Where one robot is not enough, we integrate extra components and systems so it can do more.

We build what is missing

If no robot can yet do what you need, we develop the function ourselves: new tasks, new sensors, a link to your existing systems, or a new way of interacting with your guests or residents.

We stay with you after launch

Installation, staff and family training, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades. You get one point of contact for the life of the robot.

Sectors

Two settings, one platform.

Hospitality · Pilots now

Cafés, tea shops and small hotels

A friendly extra pair of hands that greets guests and moves around the floor safely, so your team can spend more time with customers.

  • Safe indoor navigation around guests and furniture
  • Bilingual greeting in English and Spanish
  • Runs on-site, with no cloud connection required
Independent living

Older adults at home

Everyday help and companionship for seniors who want to stay in their own homes, with peace of mind for the adult children who support them.

  • Set up around the household's own routines
  • Private by design, with no facial recognition
  • Non-medical: we do not offer clinical or health-care robots
How a deployment runs

From first visit to everyday use.

  1. AssessWe visit, map the space and agree what the robot should do.
  2. SelectWe compare robots across manufacturers and recommend one.
  3. Tailor & integrateWe set up behaviours, safety limits and privacy settings, add components, and build any function that is missing.
  4. VerifyWe check the set-up against the safety, security and privacy standards it must meet, and document the results.
  5. DeployWe install, test on site and train your people.
  6. SupportWe monitor, maintain and upgrade for the long term.
Built on trust

Security and reliability come first.

Robots that share spaces with guests, staff and older adults have to be safe and respectful of privacy. We design to recognised US and UK/EU standards from day one.

ISO 13482ETSI EN 303 645UK PSTICE / Machinery Reg.GDPRHIPAA-aware
Local-first AI
Core functions run on the robot itself, not in someone else's cloud.
No facial recognition
Our robots do not identify people by their faces.
Quality and standards assurance
Every deployment is checked against the relevant standards before hand-over, and again after each upgrade.
People stay in charge
Robots support staff and families. They do not replace them.
Team

Robot hardware, software and AI experts across the United States and the United Kingdom.

Our team brings together engineers in robot hardware, control software and AI, with people who know hospitality and independent living from the inside. We are based in Central Florida and the UK, which lets us serve customers and work with manufacturers on both sides of the Atlantic.

Robot hardware

Selecting, adapting and integrating robots and components from many manufacturers.

Software and AI

Our control layer, behaviours, local-first AI and the functions we build for each customer.

Customers and compliance

Deployment, training, support, and keeping every installation within the standards it must meet.
